Shadow work will help you with self-realization and wholeness. The "shadow" is the "dark side" of a person's personality, which includes negative emotions and impulses. In this class we will explore the unconscious mind to confront and integrate the parts of oneself that are repressed or denied. We will do fun, creative, insightful and safe exercises to help with this process.
